How much does a Phantom Flex4K rental cost in NYC?
The Phantom Flex4K is $2,000 per day when it rides on one of our robots, and $2,500 per day on its own. Either way it goes out with a Phantom technician we trust, from $1,100 per day on top, because the camera's data handling and frame-rate ramps are a job of their own.

| Phantom Flex4K, with a Rambow robot | $2,000 / day |
| Phantom Flex4K on its own | $2,500 / day |
| Phantom technician or DIT | from our list, explained below |
| Example: Bolt on track + Phantom, all-in before tech | from $8,930 |
Up to 1,000 fps at full 4K, about 2,000 fps at 2K, 12-bit RAW to CineMag with offload on set to your drives. PL mount, with EF available.
Most of our Phantom work is paired with the Bolt: at 1,000 fps the robot is the only thing that moves fast enough for the move to read. Pours, splashes, hair, confetti and product hits without interpolation.
The Phantom is a specialty camera, and there is no quick way to service it if it is damaged on set, so we only send it out with technicians we know. We share that list on request and match the person to the production: a standalone Phantom technician is from $1,100 per 10-hour day, and a DIT who runs the Phantom and the regular DIT duties is $1,250 per day plus $1,250 per day for the DIT cart.
The kit includes two CineMag V magazines. Lenses, extra media and lighting are quoted per job.
Rates as of October 2026, US dollars, per 10-hour crew day. The signed booking agreement governs.
