How much does a glambot cost in NYC?

Glambot packages start at $5,000 for events in Manhattan lasting three hours or less, with an hour to set up and an hour to break down. That covers the compact Bolt Jr+ robot, the Phantom Flex4K high-speed camera, the two people who run them and the truck. Quotes are made per event, so longer nights, bigger rooms and venues outside Manhattan get their own number.

Which robot: the package runs on the Bolt Jr+, the compact robot, which fits a hotel ballroom corner, a store or a rooftop and runs from a normal wall outlet. For a step-and-repeat, a stage or a venue with room to work we can bring the full-size Bolt instead, which is faster and bigger, if the venue allows it: it has its own power requirements, so for smaller activations the Jr+ is often the only robot that fits. The Bolt is quoted per event. Both do the whip-fast move people recognise from the Oscars.

How it works on the night: a guest steps onto a mark, the robot does its move in about a second, and the clip, with your logo and end card, lands on their phone by text or email after they scan a QR code. The Phantom shoots true 1,000 frames per second, so hair, sequins and confetti hang in the air; nothing is slowed down in post. We bring the people who run the robot and the camera; nobody at your event has to touch it. About 20 by 12 feet of floor is ideal and we can scale it down.

What adds to the price: more hours on site, hard load-in (stairs, no freight elevator, tight timing), lighting and a backdrop if the venue has neither, custom overlay design, the full-size Bolt, and travel outside Manhattan.

Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests, and we will send one number for the night.
