Glambot · events & activations
Glam meets bot.
The red-carpet slow-motion shot, done properly: a real MRMC Bolt moving a Phantom Flex4K past your guest at 1,000 frames per second.
Most “glambots” aren’t. They use a mirrorless camera on a slow collaborative arm or slider, shooting 120 fps and stretching it in post. The move is slow, the arm can wobble at the end of the stroke, and the footage looks exactly like what it is: a cheaper imitation.
The difference is speed. The Bolt can move the camera two meters in half a second, stop dead and repeat perfectly. That whip is what creates the shot — the camera flies past, the guest barely moves, and the room streaks behind them.
The Phantom captures true 4K slow motion at 1,000 fps. Hair, sequins, champagne and confetti hang in the air, sharp frame by frame. No interpolation. No fake slow motion. Just the real shot.
Everything is turnkey: Bolt, Phantom, lighting, backdrop, iPads, operator and event tech. Guests receive branded clips by QR code within seconds, with optional kiosks, tethered photography and social uploads.

Questions we get asked
- How much space does the Glambot need?
- About 20 by 12 feet for the robot, backdrop, lighting and guest mark, plus a small tech table, and we can scale it smaller as needed. We have run it in hotel ballrooms, galleries, rooftops and on lawns.
- How do guests get their clip?
- Guests scan a QR code before their take and get the clip by text or email seconds after, branded with your overlay, bug and end card. Custom delivery systems are possible by request.
- How many guests per hour?
- Roughly 60 to 90 clips an hour once the line is moving, depending on how long each guest wants to pose. We staff an operator and an event tech, and can add a host.
- Is this the same robot used at the Oscars?
- Yes, it is! An MRMC Bolt with a Phantom high-speed camera. That is what separates it from the slow-arm 'glambots' that shoot 120 fps on a mirrorless and stretch it in post.
- Do you travel for events?
- Yes. New York and the tri-state by truck, and we have driven the rig as far as Miami and Aspen for events further afield.
