Terms

How booking works.

The terms on every agreement we send, on one page.

Holds

First come, first served. Unreasonably long holds may not be accepted.

A challenge is made by signing a booking agreement. The first hold then has 24 hours to book; otherwise the challenger's agreement is countersigned.

Booking

Confirmed with a signed booking agreement and receipt of the deposit.

Deposit due before the first day. Balance invoiced at wrap, net 15. 3% per day compounding after 30 days.

Deposits are not refundable.

Cancellation

Within 24 hours of the first booked day: the full agreement total.

Before that: 50% of the agreement total.

Insurance

Certificate before load-in naming Rambow Studios LLC as additional insured and loss payee, primary and non-contributory, waiver of subrogation. $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability, $1M auto, $1M umbrella, and rented equipment coverage at replacement cost for the gear on your job.

Production is responsible for the equipment from pickup to return.

Crew and hours

Minimum crew is two: operator and technician. High-speed work on long track, or two rigs, needs a third.

10-hour days. Overtime 1.5x for the first two hours, 2x after. No weekend or holiday multiplier.

Meal break every six hours. Missed-meal penalty $7.50 for the first half hour, $10 for each additional half hour.

Transport and travel

NYC: $420 per job (Bolt, Bolt Jr+) or $840 (Bolt-X, Milo), truck and crew included. Same rate with Teamsters.

Outside NYC: drive time each way at $140/hr (Bolt, Bolt Jr+) or $240/hr (Bolt-X, Milo), plus tolls. Over 300 miles quoted per job.

Overnights: production covers hotels. Crew travel days typically a half day plus $100 per diem.

Portfolio

We may shoot behind the scenes and show it, and the finished work once public, on our site and social, with credits. NDA or embargo: note it on the agreement.

Substitution

If a booked rig is unavailable we may substitute an equivalent rig at the same rate.

Rates as of October 2026. The signed booking agreement governs.
