Questions we get asked
- Milo or Bolt?
- Both repeat a move to the frame. The Bolt is about speed. The Milo is about stability: less shake with a heavy camera package, which makes it the rig for long lenses, big zooms and macro work where any vibration shows.
- What is the Milo used for?
- Big camera packages and long or zoom lenses where stability matters, tabletop and macro work, multipass VFX plates, twinning and crowd replication, stop-motion and time-slice work.
- Does the Milo need track?
- No. It runs on track or on a pedestal, and we bring the track. It needs a level floor and a wider doorway than the Bolt, so we scout the location first.
