How much does the MRMC Bolt Jr+ cost to rent in New York?
Our Bolt Jr+ (Abby) rents for $3,500 per 10-hour shoot day, and from $6,080 all-in with operator, technician and transport within New York City. Prelight days are $3,250 for the robot. It is the least expensive high-speed robot we run, and the one that fits where a full-size Bolt will not.

Every Rambow day includes the robot, our own operator and technician, Flair software, the standard track, and the truck. Nothing is added later except overtime past 10 hours, extra track sections, turntables, and an extra technician on very long track runs.
The Bolt Jr+ runs off a standard 120V outlet, or an EcoFlow power station that production rents separately (we do not supply it), fits through a doorway on its track base, and carries a 22 lb camera package, so a RED, Alexa Mini or Sony Venice with lens motors is fine. For tabletop and product work it is nearly as fast as the full-size Bolt.
If the location can take a full-size Bolt and the shot wants more reach or a heavier camera, the Bolt on track is the next step up; the price difference is small.
Rates as of October 2026, US dollars, per 10-hour crew day. The signed booking agreement governs.
